2. Description of Service

DocuFast provides a SaaS platform for creating and managing help documentation and knowledge bases. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through our trusted payment providers (Creem or Waffo Pancake), who act as the Merchant of Record. Payment information is securely handled by the provider — we never store your payment card details. By purchasing a plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
  • Provide accurate billing and payment information
  • All fees are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund available for unused credits.
  • After 14 days: No refunds are provided.
  • To request a refund: Contact support with your account email and purchase details.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our AI chat feature generates responses based on your documentation content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. We are not liable for any damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

DocuFast is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the service.

8. Intellectual Property

Regarding intellectual property:

  • You retain ownership of all content you create using DocuFast
  • We claim no ownership over your documentation content
  • DocuFast and its trademarks remain our property

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
